Lia Swope Mitchell is a writer and translator from Minneapolis, as well as a PhD candidate at the University of Minnesota. Her fiction has appeared in Apex, Shimmer, Terraform, and Cosmos, among other places, and her translation of Georges Didi-Huberman’s Survival of the Fireflies was recently released from Univocal/University of Minnesota Press.
